（中央社記者吳家豪台北26日電）LINE GAME旗下超人氣益智手機遊戲《LINE旅遊大亨》推出中國風十足的新年企劃，包括與霹靂（8450）合作的全新台灣限定角色「素還真」，專屬貼圖「這就是人生」也於今天上架。

《LINE旅遊大亨》為了讓玩家在金雞年討個歡樂好彩頭，特別推出中國風十足的新年企劃，包括重量級的霹靂合作新角色卡「素還真」、紅咚咚的過年道具、放眼望去都是錢的金幣地圖新玩法，還將在《LINE旅遊大亨》官方帳號中特別舉辦超趣味新年競標活動，大獎為全新角色卡「素還真S+」。

《LINE旅遊大亨》專屬貼圖「這就是人生」也於今天上架，超極端的浮誇人生百態，是由韓國原廠畫師特別製作，只要完成一場遊戲就能免費下載。

（中央社台北28日電）唐獎第二屆永續發展獎得主、能源效率教父亞瑟?羅森費爾德27日逝世於美國加州，享壽90歲。他畢生從事能源效率之開拓與創新，使全球能源消耗及溫室氣體排放鉅幅減少，是一位對節約能源與環境永續有著不凡貢獻的歷史性人物。

諾貝爾獎得主費米（Enrico Fermi）關門弟子羅森費爾德（Arthur H. Rosenfeld），是美國知名的粒子物理學家，在物理學領域前景十分看好，47歲那年，卻因他提出了一個與眾不同的問題，改變了他生涯的決定，從物理領域轉換跑道，致力解決能源問題。而這個決定竟促成一系列能源科技及政策的創新與突破。

美國勞倫斯柏克萊國家實驗室能源科技中心科技副主任、羅森費爾德的得意門生阿胥侯．卡吉爾（AshokGadgil）表示，他的老師成功帶動能源效率革命的關鍵，在於「問對問題」。70年代爆發石油危機，大家都在問：「如何提供足夠的能源來滿足社會發展的目標？」。但羅森費爾德卻重構問題，提出更宏觀的疑問：「要如何以最有效率且最便宜的方式，來達成社會的目標？」

40多年前，沒有人知道何謂「能源效率」？羅森費爾德卻清楚意識到，「能源」將是影響美國及全人類永續發展的核心問題。

這個革命性的問題，啟發人們停下腳步反思，將討論主軸導向全然不同的方向。羅森費爾德開啟一系列科技發明，包括今日我們使用的省電燈泡、節能冰箱、建築物能源分析與設計軟體等，都是受惠於40年前羅森費爾德過人的洞見與發明。

羅森費爾德當年創辦的美國能源效率經濟委員會（American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy，ACEEE），提供詳實的研究分析，協助政策制定者與立法者做出正確的能源決策。他成功說服加州政府實施能源效率標準，促使製造商統一採用了加州標準，在加州對能源效率規範的領導作用下，全美國都受惠，不但省下許多電，消費者也省下更多的錢，締造環境、業者與消費者的三贏局面。

美國國家科學院2001的研究發現，羅森費爾德的能源創新與政策為人們省下300億美金的花費。此研究並估計，到2030年，這些能源標準總共會省下1.8兆美元，並消除了70億噸的二氧化碳排放，等於15億輛汽車每年的碳排放。

白宮前科技政策辦公室主任霍德倫（John Holdren）說：「從1970年代早期開始，羅森費爾德教授對美國能源政策有莫大的影響，他的洞見與深具說服力的大量研究分析，指出了提升能源效率對於回應國家的能源挑戰，是最便宜，最乾淨，最有效的方式。」

羅森費爾德體現了如何以跨領域分析和行動，解決本世紀人類社會在永續發展中面臨的複雜挑戰，在世人緬懷這位偉大的科學家之際，再次思考他曾說的一句話：「沒有任何一個物理定律或自然法則會阻止人類追求長期的繁榮與永續發展。所以我們的成敗完全取決於我們自身的選擇，以及我們所採取的行動。」

唐獎教育基金會表示，羅森費爾德對世界節能減碳追求永續發展的貢獻是極為重大，將為世人永遠懷念。
